Please note: this role begins with a 6-month probationary period at the Associate Director level.

- Discover and initiate investment opportunities
- Lead due-diligence processes
- Craft clear investment theses
- Negotiate terms and close transactions
- Guide and support portfolio companies
- Track market trends and insights
이런 경험을 가진 분과 함께 성장하고 싶습니다! (필수요건)-
- Lifelong gamer with genuine enthusiasm for the medium
- Deep, well-informed perspective on the games industry
- Fluency in English
- 5+ years of relevant industry experience
- Demonstrated success managing deals from start to finish for minority or majority stakes
- Strong command of deal structures (Series A to C, convertibles, SAFEs etc.)
- Solid grasp of game-development workflows, key milestones, and performance metrics
- No restrictions on overseas travel

- Fluency in Chinese
- Hands-on experience in a game studio or publisher
- Background in game development
- Robust network across founders, venture funds, and strategic partners in North America,
