2K is seeking an experienced Associate UA Manager to join our Asia Mobile team.

This role will focus on driving user acquisition and creative campaigns with a strong emphasis on performance marketing and be responsible for acquiring high-quality users through strategic campaign management and data-driven optimizations.

• Campaign Management: Design and implement impactful user acquisition campaigns in Korea and other regions, identifying key target segments and implementing solutions that improve acquisition performance.

• Agency Management: Coordinate with external agencies to ensure the timely execution of UA campaigns, with clear KPIs and performance metrics.
