The KRAFTON Localization Team is a tight-knit team that aspires to deliver the fun and value of KRAFTON’s unique lineup of games across diverse genres to all our global players. What we do is not merely translation, but recreation of content to ensure that every player feels as if our content was crea te for them in their native language. We’re passionate about transcreating our experiences into the languages our players speak. Localization at KRAFTON is centered around linguistic excellence, high-end technology, and a successful balance of speedy content creation and quality. We are looking for someone to join us who is highly motivated with a passion for delivering high-quality localized games. To be successful in this position, you must be a self-starter who can stay curious and creative and grow through challenges.
우리 팀과 함께할 미션을 소개합니다. Our localization producers are in charge of all the localization-related tasks necessary to produce
high-quality localized content including project management, translation, LQA, etc.
As a new member of the Localization Producer Part, you will be responsible for the following:
- Ownership of linguistic quality
- Creative game content writing/re-writing
- Linguistic content polishing
- Creating and maintaining glossaries and style guides
- Hands-on proofreading and editing tasks
- Planning and executing linguistic QA tasks
- Partnering with translators to ensure consistency and tone is maintained throughout the game
- Establishing and improving guidelines and processes to push higher quality of translation
- Developing and maintaining positive business relationships with all stakeholders

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to stay focused under pressure and prioritize multiple work streams
- Self-motivated, proactive, and team-oriented attitude
- Familiarity with RPG and FPS games and online gaming community terminology
- A passion for video games and the art of localization
- Strong research skills and extraordinary attention to detail

- Game story/content writer
- Relevant experience in writing and/or editing roles
- Degree in a related field, e.g., localization, literature, translation
- Hands-on experience in game localization as a localization specialist/translator
- In-depth knowledge of internationalization and localization
- Experience with CAT tools and localization technology in general
- Expertise in another language aside from Korean and English
- Passion for KRAFTON and our games
