The Global HR Team’s mission at KRAFTON is to be a strategic HR partner for all organizations across the
globe to maximize organizational effectiveness in a fast-paced environment. This position will give the

Compensation
- Closely work with HQ C&B and HR in regional offices to develop and implement compensation
- strategies and policies that align with business objectives.
- Conduct market research and analysis to benchmark compensation levels against industry standards
- and competitor practices in different regions (e.g. North Americas, Asia, Europe)
- Partner with regional HR to provide guidance on job leveling, salary offers, and compensation-related
- issues so that HQ’s policy can be consistently applied to all region.
- Evaluate existing compensation programs for effectiveness and recommend enhancements or adjustments
- as needed.
Labor cost and Headcount Management
- Develop and implement headcount planning and management processes to meet business needs
- and budgetary constraints in regional offices.
- Conduct regular analysis of labor costs, including salaries, benefits, overtime, and temporary
- staffing expenses, to identify cost-saving opportunities and ensure compliance with budgetary constraints.
- Develop and maintain reporting tools and metrics to track key performance indicators related to
- headcount, labor costs, and workforce productivity.
- Partner with HQ finance and regional HR to integrate headcount and labor cost data into financial
- planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
Other Global HR operation support
- Manage and operate compensation and other benefit programs for various type of global mobility cases
- (e.g. expats, inpats, short-term assignees)
- Design and update HR functional policies of global offices based on HQ’s directions and guidelines
- Be a change agent and focal point of contact for both HQ’s strategic initiatives as well as daily operations

- Must be fluent in English.
- Experience in partnering with regional offices regarding compensation programs and policies
- Experience in compensation design and administration using market survey data.
- Familiarity with job evaluation methodologies and tools.
- e.g. Mercer’s IPE or Hay’s Job Evaluation Method
- Experience handling and working with different compensation structures and practices from
- different regions
