[Requirements]
- Bachelor degree
- Fluent in English and Korean; both written and spoken
- A minimum of 5 years of relevant game industry experience
- Deep operational and analytical skills, and strong attention to detail. Good presentation skills is a plus
- Self-motivated – ability to identify problems, take ownership and drive solutions through execution
- Strong interest and experience in Overwatch
- Familiar with competitive shooter game landscape in Korea
- Experience managing western game publishing in Korea is a plus
