게임 Localization, Quality Assurance, Customer Service, Monitoring 업무를 중심으로 각 업무를 전문화하여 모듈화를 달성하고, 동시에 모든 업무를 All In One으로 서비스하는 환경을 마련하여, 게임 타이틀의 개발 단계부터 출시 후 유저 동향 파악에 이르기까지 모든 과정을 한 눈에 확인할 수 있는 One-Stop 서비스를 바탕으로 축적된 DB를 통해 게임 서비스 방향을 결정하는 데 필요한 글로벌 컨설팅을 제공합니다.​

Localization
(팀 Lead)



[담당업무]

- Love playing games and have an understanding of localizing game contents
- Analyze the game contents and develop localization strategies for the titles
- Plan and manage game localization schedules, collaborating cross-functionally with other team members and vendors to define requirements and manage timelines
- Provide localization guidelines, reference material, training and support for partners(vendors and translators)
- Engage and build relationships with cross-functional teams to deliver localization best practices and to launch successfully localized games
- Drive initiatives to foster innovation within strategic areas of focus such as localization process optimization, translation memory (data), vendors management, localization quality, LQA (build test) and CAT tools
- Analyze current pain points in workflows and actively provide recommendations for feasible solutions
- Make independent decisions and work well under pressure, in the face of ambiguity and aggressive deadlines



[자격조건]

- 5+ years of relevant experience in game localization (or localization) and project management
- Fluency in English (no need to have native fluency, but need to be available in email communication, conference meetings with overseas partners, and co-working with English native speakers)
- Experience with localization process and CAT tools to manage and/or automate the translation workflow



[우대사항]

- Localization experience with one or more AAA game titles
- another language aside from Korean and English
