Job description
Your job will be to take responsibility for the development and technical aspects of Critical Ops and potentially other projects, and making sure they will reach their full potential. You will be also acting as a mentor for less experienced developers and help to improve their skills.
Job responsibilities can include
Working together with other developers to create technical designs and implementations of complete game systems
Refactoring game code and architecture for maintainability and extensibility
Developing back-end services to be utilized by other game systems
Optimizing bandwidth and resource usage of game client, servers and database, ensuring high performance and responsiveness
Development of in-house tools and our future projects

| 자격요건 |
Requirements
We are looking for a candidate who has experience on at least two of the following three items:
Game development with Unity3D (C#)
C# Photon Server programming
Development and maintenance of PHP backend and MySQL databases
Desired additional skills & experience
5+ years of programming work experience
Experience with project management and version control
Eagerness to learn new tools and technologies
Good teamwork skills and the ability to bring up new ideas
Good written and spoken English
Passion for games
Pluses
South Korean nationality
Knowledge or experience of the following is appreciated:
Other database technologies (Redis, MariaDB, PostgreSQL, InfluxDB)
Database scaling
Web servers (NGINX)
Continuous integration
Node.js
Javascript and modern frontend development
Other relevant technologies
