•- Drive quality process and technology improvement for the Spearhead development team
•- Understands and follows standard software engineering processes and best practices for requirements, design, implementation and testing
•- Promotes better practices and processes for both development and testing
•- Works with QAs to design, define and deliver automated tests and ensure better test coverage
•- Provides automated testing support through test script creation
•- Maintains tools, integration, and technologies to support a highly reliable development environment
•- Acts as a member of a globally distributed organization that strives for quality across all of EA’s products
•- Integrate with the development team and champion good development and testing processes
•- Leverage and improve existing tools to add value efficiently
•- Develop and integrate new tools to fill gaps
•- Integrate systems and tools into existing code base and processes
•- Contribute reusable code, tools, and processes to the company’s quality strategy

| 자격요건 |
자격요건
•- BS in Computer Science/Engineering or equivalent industry experience
•- A minimum 5+ years professional experience in software development
•- Experienced with Jenkins & smoke testing software
•- Knowledge of test automation and/or development process improvements
•- Good understanding of continuous integration
•- Strong scripting experience with Python, Shell Scripts, Ruby, etc.
•- Ability to code competently in C++, C#, Java or Objective C
•- Familiarity with mobile game development is a plus
•- Demonstrated problem solving and innovation skills
•- Passion for games and driving quality
