| 담당업무 |
QA Manager will conduct in overall web-basis test and the development of Korean version of game products and service for Wargaming.net, ensuring Wargaming.net IP are full-functioned with timely manner.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
Execute overall test plans that encompass all data, and functions of a feature in a web-project basis
Build test case upon various contents / system updates and plan the testing schedule
Filter / prioritize the day-to-day feedbacks on issues and concerns from Customer Relations and evaluate if there is need for test. Upon the valid issue, identify reproduction step hand-in-hand with the stakeholders
Assist leadership with testing estimates for features based on their scope and complexity
Train and mentor tester level staffs on the various development practices, and how they relate to quality assurance
Mentor others on how to build an appropriate checklist for different test cases using team appropriate tools
Effectively drive and facilitate group tasks, and promote a team testing environment

| 자격요건 |
A minimum of 5 years’ quality assurance, application and / or web testing, or equivalent experience
Bachelor’s degree in computer science or comparable industry experience
Able to deliver constructive documented feedback on a consistent basis
Solid knowledge of Korean grammar and punctuations
Video and / or mobile gaming industry experience
Work experience with contents production to provide insight on the game / community atmosphere, etc
Demonstrated software / hardware troubleshooting ability
Unrelenting self-motivation, and initiative
Strong analytical and web technical skills
Absolute passion for online games
Organizational and time management skills
Upper intermediate English skill
Deep knowledge of web applications and browsers
