Channel Marketing Manager is passionate about the online game industry to develop and manage marketing programs for Internet Game Room and other game consumed channel in Korea. This position requires strong qualitative and quantitative aptitude, and candidates are expected to produce case studies, presentations and narratives, and run ROI-based rewarding/incentive programs for channel owners and gamers. The ideal candidate will have a background in IGR management, channel management in major MMOG game company, Sales, account management and have experience working with large, global and consumer brands.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
Increase product presence and company awareness in internet game room
Own and manage ¡°one-to-many¡± marketing communications and reward/incentive programs for customer in channel and drive overall short-term and long-term revenue performance
Work closely with partners, HQ and internal stakeholders on planning, approval and execution of marketing plans and other initiates
Develop and manage channel marketing program calendar/roadmap and communicate to all stakeholders
Generate breakthrough analytical insights that drive significant revenue improvement and measure ROI impact of all marketing campaigns
Partner with global/regional teams and cross-functional counterparts to drive and deliver scalable channel marketing programs
Planning and executing IGR Offline Event
Compilation and Managing IGR Offline Event Budget
Proper Financial Management for IGR promotion stuff(Merchandising) Planning and execution
Planning develop and improve business model for IGR and execution

3~6 years of relevant experience
Rich experience in managing sales and channel team
