Based on our purpose of bringing Greater Gaming to the world, we put into words the principle values that guide our everyday work. Crytek was envisioned by three brothers, Cevat, Faruk and Avni, who built an organization on Trust, Collaboration and Respect. These values are not artificially designed in a boardroom or by a consulting firm, but with our fellow Crytek heroes. We believe values are not answers, they are commitments to which we hold each other accountable on good and especially on bad days. These values signify the Crytek-Way.

Crytek has not found the holy grail to this question, but we are determined to become the best professional family we can be.
